Official Transcript: Alumni Free $0.00 Graduates of UCLA Extension's Academic Certificate programs may be eligible to send official transcripts by mail for free. To qualify for free transcripts, you must have completed an academic certificate program at UCLA Extension. You will be notified via email if you do not qualify. If would like to send your official transcript electronically, please visit this electronic transcript order page. The fee will be $15.

Reprint of Certificate or Award of Participation $45.00 If you have lost or would like an additional copy of your Certificate or Award of Completion, one can be purchased for $45. Please allow one month for processing additional copy requests. *Remember, your first/original official UCLA Extension Certificate or Award of Completion will be mailed to you at no charge.

Digital Credential Reissue $25.00 Former students who completed a certificate or specialization program may order a digital credential for $25. A link to download the digital credential will be sent to the preferred email associated with the student's UCLA Extension account. Digital credentials can be shared on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
